Terms of Service — ChibyooFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChibyooFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChibyooFlow is a personal finance management tool. The App allows you to manually track accounts, transactions, budgets, scheduled payments, and investments. The App is not a banking, financial advisory, or brokerage service.

3. Not Financial Advice

All information in the App is provided for informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, brokers, or a bank. Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice or a financial recommendation. All financial decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

4. Your Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App. We recommend creating regular backups. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, App deletion, or iCloud issues.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, and code are protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with:

• Apple iCloud — for data synchronization
• Broker APIs (T-Bank, Binance, Bybit) — at your request
• Exchange rates (exchangerate.host) — for currency rate updates

Use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at chibyoo.com/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
