Do I need to connect my bank to use ChibyooFlow?

No. ChibyooFlow works without any bank connection. You add accounts and transactions manually. Your banking credentials are never shared with anyone.

How does SMS import work in ChibyooFlow?

The app reads bank SMS notifications on your device and automatically parses transaction details — amount, merchant, account. All processing happens locally on your iPhone. No SMS data is ever sent to any server.

Where is my financial data stored?

All data is stored locally on your iPhone. If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced via your private iCloud database — encrypted by Apple, accessible only to you.

Can I import bank statements into ChibyooFlow?

Yes. ChibyooFlow supports CSV and PDF import from several banks. Go to Settings → Accounts → Import file, select your file, review the parsed transactions, and save.

Does ChibyooFlow support multiple currencies?

Yes. Go to Settings → Currency to add any currency and set your base currency. Exchange rates can be updated manually or automatically.

Is ChibyooFlow available for Android?

ChibyooFlow is currently iOS only. There are no plans for an Android version at this time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChibyooAlarm ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ChibyooAlarm is developed and maintained by Chibyoo ("we", "us", "our").

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChibyooAlarm on your Apple devices, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Free and Pro Features

ChibyooAlarm is available in two tiers:

Free: includes basic alarm functionality with barcode mission and limited number of alarms.

Pro: unlocks all missions, unlimited alarms, Wake Check, iCloud Sync, statistics, custom sounds, vibration patterns, Wake-up Insurance, weather-adaptive alarms, Wake-up Partners, and Community features.

Pro access is provided through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via the App Store. The price is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation
To restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you add to the app (nicknames, barcodes, NFC tag labels). You must not add content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Wake-up Partners and Community features allow interaction with other users. You agree to:

Use these features respectfully
Not harass, spam, or abuse other users
Not attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings

We reserve the right to suspend access to social features for users who violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChibyooAlarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
Alarms will fire at the exact scheduled time in all circumstances (this may depend on iOS system behavior, device settings, and battery optimization)
The app will meet your specific requirements

Important: Do not rely solely on ChibyooAlarm for time-critical situations. We are not responsible for missed alarms due to device issues, iOS restrictions, or app errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chibyoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed alarms, loss of data, or any other loss.

9. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time
Update these Terms of Use at any time

Continued use of the app after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Apple Requirements

These Terms are between you and Chibyoo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple terms shall prevail.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for ChibyooAlarm.
